These terms and conditions apply to orders placed with My Family Rules. In order to complete a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions and confirm you are 18 years or older.

My Family Rules reserves the right to refuse to process orders at our discretion and will issue a full refund in such circumstances.

All orders placed will be confirmed via an automated email to the buyer. Should there be any unanticipated delays or the order cannot be completed, the buyer will be contacted accordingly.

Nothing contained within this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any image or trademark without the prior written permission of the website owner. The written content displayed on this website is owned by its respective author and may not be reproduced in whole, or in part, without the express written permission of the author.

My Family Rules reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately upon posting of the revised Agreement on our web site. Your continued use of our site and products constitutes agreement to any revision of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

By purchasing from My Family Rules you accept that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of its products or services or for the cost of procurement of substitute products or services. Any breach of agreement by us is solely limited to the amount you paid for such items or services.

Registration is not required in order to complete your purchases with us. However, it is an option that will allow you to check your order history, add new delivery addresses and speed up future purchases. Please read our Privacy Policy regarding use and storage of your personal information. Should you wish to cancel your registration with us please email designs@MyFamilyRules.com or email us via the About Us page and we can remove your account for you.

Digital files produced by My Family Rules from your artwork or photographs remains the property of My Family Rules.

All content contained within this website and the issued products are copyright protected. Designs remain the copyright property of My Family Rules and cannot be reproduced, altered or resold without the written permission of My Family Rules.

All images contained within this website are for display purposes only in order to represent the item(s) to be purchased. These are stock images and not the exact item you shall receive. Colour variations may occur dependant on your display settings. My Family Rules endeavour to hold the pricing set within the price list but reserve the right to change pricing in accordance with market conditions.

The Buyer is solely & wholly responsible for the Copyright, Trademark and legality of all images and text provided to or printed by My Family Rules. My Family Rules accepts no responsibility or liability for any images that have been provided by the Buyer that may infringe on Copyright or Trademark of any images or text. By providing the text or image to be printed, the Buyer hereby takes full responsibility for any legality that may come by any printing carried out by My Family Rules, for the Buyer.

It is up to the Buyer to seek approval for the use of any Copyrighted or Trademarked artwork, logos or words from the owner of these items to be printed in any form or matter.  We accept no responsibility for any claims which may arise out of any infringements of trademarks, breaches of copyrights patented or the like from the content or style of any logo, image or text.

If you are uploading an image or photo please ensure that it is in a usable JPEG or PNG format. It is recommended that the image/photo quality is as high as possible and would suggest that 300Dots Per Inch (DPI)/ (approx 1000 pixels for the shortest edge) resolution be minimum for a good quality final product. We cannot be held liable for final product printed image quality utilising photos/images below the specified minimum quality.

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are shown including Value Added Tax (VAT).

Items will be shipped to the address you provide to us at check out. Please ensure that this is a full, correct and up to date address. Please check your order confirmation email to ensure that it is showing the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for your failure to provide a full and correct address. If the address is not correct, please contact us immediately. If an item is shipped to an incorrect address, you are liable for all costs incurred relating to that order irrespective of receiving the item.

Items lost or damaged in the transit are not the responsibility of My Family Rules. We send all items with relevant insurance and tracking numbers. Any claims for loss or damage will need to go through the relevant courier. Please contact us for assistance in making a claim against them in these circumstances.
We will advise if any delay is anticipated and will always endeavour to meet any special delivery requirements. Any shortages or non-delivery must be notified to us in writing within 7 working days of notification of shipping to enable a claim to be made against the carrier.

Subject to the Buyer having a right to return the Goods pursuant to these terms, all sales are final. However, My Family Rules does, subject to the terms of this clause, recognise that there may be occasions when it is appropriate to accept returns from the Buyer and My Family Rules shall, on a case by case basis, consider doing so.

My Family Rules must be notified of faulty goods within 7 days of receipt by the Buyer. Returns of faulty goods or goods delivered in error must be authorised by our sales office, who will issue an official returns note, quoting the original order number. Goods must be returned within 28 days from purchase. Genuine faulty returns will be credited at full cost or goods replaced.

My Family Rules, are under no obligation to accept the return of perfect goods correctly supplied. Printed products ordered by customers incorrectly i.e. size, colour, text, etc will not be exchanged.

All products are checked prior to printing and again prior to dispatch. Printed products cannot be returned or exchanged except if items are faulty.

For all personalised products, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct spelling and punctuation is provided to us at the point of purchase as well as image uploads. We cannot be held responsible for errors made by you at this time and you will be liable for costs incurred.  The Buyer accepts responsibility for any mistakes and will be charged accordingly.

Please note, we will not be able to refund or exchange any goods that have been damaged by the customer. The items are your responsibility until we have received the items; we advise that you use a postal service that insures your goods and recorded delivery. Goods are not to be returned until authorised by My Family Rules and refund will not be issued until examination of item is completed. 

Payment and security information

All payments are processed via Paypal or Stripe gateways. This includes credit and debit card payments. A Paypal or My Family Rules account is not required by you in order to make payments or purchase items from the store. We do not retain credit/debit card details in a database. We do not pass on your personal details or payment information to any other individuals or companies unless required to do so by law.
In order to minimise the risk of your details being accessed by unauthorised parties, credit and debit card details will be encrypted and processed through a secure section of the website.

If authorisation for your payment fails or cannot be obtained, we reserve the right to refuse an order.

Dealing with My Family Rules, means you hereby agree to the terms and conditions of trade set out by My Family Rules.

Shipping Policy

We aim to ship your items as soon as possible. Our business days are Monday-Friday and we aim to process your order and ship within 5 working days.

In general, please allow 5 business days for processing time. In the unlikely event that there are any unanticipated delays we will notify you immediately.

Upon placing your order you will receive an email confirming that it has been accepted and is being processed. Should you not receive this email please check your spam folder. This is very important as we will send you a follow up email to confirm that it has been shipped and it's tracking number.

Items will be shipped to the address you provide us as at check out. Please ensure that this is a full, correct and an up to date address. Please check your order confirmation email to ensure that it is showing the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for your failure to provide a full and correct address. If this not the correct address please contact us immediately. If an item is shipped to an incorrect address you are liable for all costs incurred relating to that purchase irrespective of receiving the item.

Once your items have been shipped we have no control over them and they are in the hands of the delivery operator. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or delay during transit.

Products are usually shipped 'signed' for via our courier. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. 

International Shipping

We do ship internationally. Please contact us for a specific quote to your country.

There are a few things to be aware of, however: you, the buyer, are responsible for any tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.

No Shipping Days

My Family Rules will not ship your order on any UK Bank holidays. No orders will ship these days due the postal services being closed, but you can still order through the website as usual. No items will be shipped on weekends either.

Returns policy

If you receive a faulty item please contact us at designs@MyFamilyRules.com within 7 days of receipt to notify us and arrange return if applicable. If eligible, a replacement product will be issued. Please be aware that it is not our policy to replace and refund together.

Refunds or replacements cannot be given as a result of your own actions or personalisation errors including supplying low resolution images, mis-spelt words or punctuation errors, etc. All products are printed on demand specifically for you the buyer.

Please be aware that there is no right to cancel a contract once product has been printed for you and you will continue to be liable for costs incurred.

Returned items must be in the same condition as originally shipped and not used or damaged. It is also advisable to send them with a signed for delivery to ensure safe arrival as no refunds will be issued until the items are safely returned and checked by us. 

We check our stock carefully before shipping to ensure that you will receive top quality items. However, if you have received an item that has become damaged in transit please contact us for assistance with carrier claims.

Privacy Policy

Privacy is a very important thing which is why we respect yours so much. We will ensure that your information is protected. We are committed to keeping it private and you safe. 

While going through the check out process on our website you will be required to provide personal information. Should you choose to sign up for our account you will also be required to provide information at that time.  By providing your information you agree to the use of your information as detailed in our policy. This information is used by us to communicate with you regarding the intentions of your request and in order to ensure that payment is received as well as your items being successful dispatched to you at the correct address.

Ownership of your uploaded photos remains yours and we will not use them for any other purpose other than printing your products. By uploading your images you authorise us to print your pictures onto your chosen products. These products and images will not be passed onto any third parties without your authorisation unless required to do so by law.
